Artwork required for mousemats

Artwork formats email art
If you already have a design, simply email the file to us. We can accept files from most software packages but it would probably prove quicker, should you have the choice, to send a CorelDraw (.cdr), Adobe (.ai) or MS Office suite file. When you are making your design, please try to set the programme to work in CMYK palette not RGB. If you send a bitmap type file (.bmp, .gif, .jpg, .jpeg, .tif, and others...), please try rendering it at 600dpi at the real size of the mousemat, e.g. 200mm x 240mm, beforehand. For Mac users, please send .tif or '.ai for pc' files. Colours are best specified by Pantone Matching System (PMS) or send samples of printed matter to match by eye.
If you do not have a design, give us some ideas to work with, like your letterhead, company name or brand, preferred colour schemes and font styles, and we will email design suggestions to choose.

Stage 1 - Submit artwork.
We will quickly reply to confirm its suitability for the type of mat you want and the number of print colours needed to produce the design. Please name your artwork file as your company name + postcode + country, e.g. "Clipkey-KT64JL-UK.gif".  Click to email artwork to sales@clipkey.com.

Stage 2 - Confirm artwork.
We can not produce samples of mousemats so we check your artwork is compatible to our printing processes and, if you haven't specified colours by Pantone Matching System (PMS) may make comments or warnings of your colour choice if they are expected too shift notably in converting your artwork to CMYK. Printed colours will differ from how your monitor shows them to you (your monitor may easily be on a different setting to ours and not calibrated! This is why we prefer you to set your design as CMYK not RGB.) and this stage is to ensure this is appreciated. Any doubts or comments should be raised at this stage so that we are both in agreement of the artwork and the resulting mousemat is acceptable. Comments  Confirm

Stage 3 - Return to website.
Enter shop to order 'as per confirmed artwork file ......' for the type of mousemat you want using the correct number of print colours we have confirmed beforehand, adjust the quantity you want to order in the 'review basket' stage, and then progress to choose method of payment. There is a real-time currency converter to see the total to pay in most currencies at the next stage. If paying by credit card, you will progress to NetBanx's secure server to continue - this is the fastest method as we await confirmation by our bank for cleared payment by any other method before progressing with production.
